Workshop 1 27 October 2006 - 5 November 2006 This workshop was led by Alexandra Bachzetsis, Lies Borm and Tina Bleuler in De Ateliers, Amsterdam. Ideas generated will be the basis for costumes worn in the opening performance ‘Act’ of the exhibition ‘If I can’t dance, I don’t want to be part of your revolution’, in de Appel, 16 November 2006 - 16 January 2007.
Workshop 2 13 November 2006 - 16 November 2006 This workshop was led by Anne de Vries and Janneke Raaphorst at the MAHKU, Utrecht with M.A. students of Fashion Design and Fine Arts.
Workshop 3 20 November 2006 - 24 November 2006 This workshop was led by Jonas Ohlsson in W139 Amsterdam. In correlation with the opening of the clothing store W137 in 2007. This will be a joint venture between W139, Pascale Gatzen and Saskia van Drimmelen.
The Design team 16 November 2006 - 18 January 2007 Ideas generated in the three workshops will be developed by the designteam into salable items of clothing. The design team will work in the attic of De Appel as a part of the exhibition ‘If I can’t dance, I don’t want to be part of your revolution’. The design team will be led by Myrza de Muynck in collaboration with Pascale Gatzen.
